/in Men, Portraits /by popsA couple months ago I saw a pic of Willie in the newspaper. I cut it out and came up with this painting. I purposely left it in black and white, as was the original.
I was particularly happy with the hair. I was able to get good, sharp detail with the use of an exacto knife that allowed me to carefully scratch in each strand of hair.
I like the black and white look of the painting just like my portrait of Einstein which also was in black and white.
